Interesting development: Federal Judge Feikens, who has overseen the Detroit Water & Sewerage Department pollution lawsuit for 33 years, stepped down on Wednesday and the case was reassigned to Federal Judge Sean Cox (brother of current Attorney General Mike Cox).
